In setting up my new office, I am curious to hear how others have their employees spread throughout your space. Does each person have their own office? Do you use cubicles? is it a bullpen structure?

Good question. I think for a business, you shouldn’t use cubicles. It represents physical and emotional barriers, and barriers to the flow of information. It is more private, but you want to know what everyone is doing at all times in a startup and how to help them. Cubicles are a bad idea.

You should have a own office as boss kidding. For all the team leaders and Managers you should provide their own offices. but for the rest of the team you can just provide cabins. as far as i know all the companies follow this only its just my opinion. hope it works for you. regards. rocky.
