Any ideas on how to improve traffic to my site?

Ok....

First design your whole site. The markup isnt suited for search engine optimisation. Its ugly (the markup) and bots will easily miss vital keywords. When you do redesign and remarkup remember to use semantic markup and please dont use tables for layout it creates inaccessible areas for both users and bots.

Secondly, you need to work on spelling out exactly what your site does, what kind of puzzles? show examples....

Advertise...In any way possible, word of mouth, puzzle communities etc.

You need content also, at the moment it looks to me like all you have are an SMF installation and a few static pages.
