Yes, I pay taxes on anything that is in my bank account and i think everybody should do the same as it is our basic duty towards the government and we should pay them in time.

I pay taxes for everything i buy or sell and thats really hard for me because of the specific situation of my country where tax rates are so high.

It does not matter where your income comes from. You have to pay taxes on all earned income. The only benefit the internet provides you is that you do not need to pay sales tax unless the sale was in your state. If you don't pay your taxes now you will wind up paying them later.
