I am looking for a like strategy game where I control the country/world. A
game where I can build buildings, start my own military, start wars
with other countries (nuke other countries ) , start alliances with other countries, and like control issues in my country. Thanks.

Yeah,there are many games where you can make your own world.some of the games I can list are Sim City,Caesar,Age of Empires..............

You wont it to be online right? So I think your looking for somthing like Age of Empire for the PC. You can build up your own army and destroy other peopels army. its really fun.

Age of Empires would be your best bet, unless you are looking for online game where you play with other people (although this would be amazingly awesome) I don't think one exists except maybe a text based one.

i think age of empires or age of conqueror is the game you are looking for and you can also try battlecry 3

Yeah sure, the Total War series is awesome and so is Hearts of Iron, though it's historical. You might also be interested in Empire Earth :)

Their are numerous games like this. Civilization IV is probably the best.

Civilization 4 is the best for you if you like controlling countries and nuking cities.
