I have asked and asked and no one has answered.
I love this skin http://z7.invisionfree.com/zeddyfiverkkk

but when viewing it the submenu is cut off at the end , same with this surrent skin , is there a way to sort that ?

I'm almost 100% sure that it's your screen resolution or either your browser. I need to see a screenshot of the skin from your point of view though.

Is there blank space where it cuts off, or does it go to the bottom of your screen?

Perhaps, the OP doesn't have software to take screen-shots.
