Go to your Admin CP --> System Settings --> Warning Set-up

Settings

Enable the warning system?: Choosing "No" will disable the warning system completely.

Warning level...: For a complete warn in five warns insert this:

Minimum: 0
Maximum: 100

Protected Groups...: This will determine which member groups are protected from a warn, and which others are not. To select more than one, click them while holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard.

Allow all other non-protected groups to see their own warn level and reasons?: This will determine whether non-protected groups can see their warning level.

Type of visual indicator?: This will determine whether images(blocks), or % should be shown in the warning area.

Forum Moderator Permissions

Moderators can ban via warn panel?: Choosing yes will allow moderators to warn members from their mod control panel.

Moderators can mod queue members via warn panel?: Choosing yes will allow moderators to mod queue members from their mod control panel.

Moderators can remove post rights via warn panel?: Choosing yes will allow moderators to remove the right to post from a member via their mod control panel.

Moderators can warn a member...: This will determine how many times a mod can warn a member each day.

Global Moderator Permissions

Global Moderators can ban via warn panel?: Choosing yes will allow global
moderators to warn members from their mod control panel.
