Destiny 952 brush set 99

1. Create a new background around 350 x 125. Make sure it is on RGB colour for the mode.

2.Set your colors to default. Then change the colour white to "cccccc".

2.On your first layer go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

3.Brush with the colour black on this layer.

4.Procceed to make 6 more of these cloud layers with brush blacking on top.

5.Set all but the bottom layer to "overlay". You should end up with a completly black background.

6. Switch over to the "cccccc" color and proceed to brush lightly on each of the layers with this colour, recommended using more than just one brush for this.

7. Once you have a nice grungy background like the one below, take out your render and place it on the background.

8. Duplicate the render layer.

9. Go to Filter>Blur>Motion blur, set it to an angle of 45 and a distance of 150 pixels.

10. Procceed to duplicate the blurred layers and move them around the signature. Try horizontally flipping some of the duplicated renders for more feeling in the sig.
It should look something like this:

11.Go to Select>All. Then go to Edit>Copy Merged. Then paste it.

12.Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Do it at a radius of 4 pixels and then set it to overlay.
It should look like this:

13. Create a new Layer. Brush a little in white and set it to Soft Light.

14. Go back down to the bottom and find the original of your render, Duplicate it and bring it up to the top of the signature.

15. Take an eraser, I prefer a larger eraser, set it to 20-30% opacity and erase at your render until you like how it looks.

16. Create a new Layer. Brush lightly in white on the bottom of the render.

17. Try adding a custom shape onto the signature, if you find that you like, set it to soflight, add a drop shadow of 2-0-2 with opacity of the dropshadow at around 30%.
Should look kind of like this:

-Font-
18. Create your font, use the text and font style that you like.

19. Duplicate the font layer, set it to softlight and the second layer of font to overlay. Fiddle with the fill of the two layers until it blends nicely. I usually find a 58% and 64% works well.

-Slogan/username-
20. For the secondary font I'd recommend using a pixel font called Visitor -BRK-, set it so font size 6 and that anti-alias to none, then proceed to duplicate the layer, one softlight and the other overlay and fiddle with the fill and opacity and add a dropshadow of 2-0-2

-Border-
There are a couple of different ways to do a border, I will teach one of them in this tutorial.

21. Create a new layer. Go to Select>All. Click the rectangular Marquee tool, then right click on
the selection and go to Stroke.

A) There a couple of different stroke borders that look good. The first is a 3 pxl black, 2 pixel white,
1 pxl black set to soft light.

B)A single 1 pxl black border looks good

C)A 2 pxl white border set to soft light.

-Adjustment Layers-
22.For a nice result I recommend adding a brightness/contrast layer and/or a curves layer. These can brighten or darken or just bring colours out for the sig.

Should look something like this at the end:

A good tutorial. It's long, but clear. So, that's good.

I use plain signatures, though.
