Number of Posts = 7/10: You have a nice amount of posts concidering the amount of members that you have.

Number of Active Members: = 2/10. Most of your admins are pretty active, but i was looking at the members, and some of them havnt been on since march! I suggest that you have contests or send a bulk email out to try to attract some of your inactive members back to the forum.

Originality = 5/10. The board has alot of the same catogorys that i see on other HP forums. Im not saying you copyed of them lol, but it isnt really that origanal. Try to get more forums about HP and his friends

Organization: = 8/10. I cant really complain about the organization. Your forum seems to be well organized!

Good Staff = 5/10. You deffinatly need more moderators. One of your mods is pretty active, but " AvrilJr " hasnt been online since October 30th!!! I suggest you demote here due to here inactiveness. Your other mod seems to be nice and friendly though.

Variation of Forums: = 3/10. I think you need more forums about the HP subject, There is not alot of forums that you have about this. Not much else i can really say.

Appearance: = 1/10. The first thing members look at when the join is the skin in banner. 1. Your skin is horrible. I suggest you get a cooler skin which will attract more people. Also your banner is really simple. I suggest you request a custom one
