YaBB (Yet another Bulletin Board) is a free open source message board and instant messaging system written in Perl. YaBB doesn't use a third-party database management system, but instead its own flat file storage system. Modifications (usually using Boardmod) can be used to add new features to the forum.

I don't like YaBB at all. The features are alright but you can get it in a better version with other software, plus, the design is junk.
