Can anyone else just not wait for this? I know I can't wait. I've got phpbb3 beta1 installed and it's got alot of new features and good features.

Hurry up!!! Just don't rush it :(

I use phpBB2 for over a year now (along with my cousin) and we never had any serious issue with it. I definetely look forward to see this new one :) Avanti!

What is PHPBB3? PHPBB3 is the successor of worlds best and most used free bulletin board avaliable, PHPBB. PHPBB3 is currently being constructed under the codename of "olympus". It offers all the features expensive forums like IPB and Vbulletin offer, without cost.

I won't make any plans on it, when it is released I will have a look, I won't even try the beta, Let them make it perfect first.

Its going to take them a while to get to a final release. The beta took like fours years...Who knows how long till a final release and even more time for new themes and mods to be recreated.

I'm not going to upgrade any of my forums - at least not anytime soon.

However, once it comes out, if I make new forums, I might use it.
