If you own your own and run your own forum, why did you start it? If you work with someone else, how did that partnership come into play? Did you want to get into forum management, or did it fall into your lap?

Forum Management
|
I started by managing forums for sites which I have built. I am currently manager/admin on 8 forums now.
So, I guess I got started out of necessity. I try to sell forums as part of any website setup. These days, it's not enough to just throw up a site, you need a community to contribute to the site as well. Forums are a great website support tool. It allows users to give feedback, which in the end, will make your site a better place for all.
