Will phpBB 3 come with more preinstalled features?

One thing that annoys me about the older version of phpBB is that I have to add on a bunch of basic modules every time I install it. I think it's better if some of the common mods come as a feature that can be turned on and off.

Take for example the following features that were left out of certain version of phpBB:

-Centered Text
-Search Engine Optimization
-Subforums

Those aren't specialty requests. They're basic.

What do you think?

I can't rellly comment on phpBB, because it has been a while.

But, what do their forums say?
