How does IPB compare to other forums?
There are many types of forum software available. For those of you who have worked with more than just IPB, how does IPB compare to other forums? In what ways is it better? In what ways is it worse?

IPB is really an amazing board, which I was using right until they turned paid.
Could never afford vB, and still can't. Can't comment on the latest version of IPB because I haven't used it. Worth giving it a shot if you can't afford vB but can afford IPB.
