I don't care if there are ads, but can you upload packages and themes? I'm guessing not, but asking just in case. The reason I ask is bc I want a test forum and if I can get it for free, even better. Thxs,

Can't upload themes/packages. Since that can be a security risk.
I do have several of the major mods and themes already installed.
