phpBB skinning tutorials

Are there any good phpBB skinning tutorials that I can look up?

My competancies are as follows:
HTML: Advanced
Colour Theory: Intermediate
CSS: Basic

I have been thinking of creating a phpBB skin for a soon to be released forum, which I need to make it conform to a particular website/blog. I have searched for phpBB themes, but as expected, none match with my website/blog.

I think I should be making my own phpBB skin. Thus, I was looking for some tutorials, and I could not find any. Any links or suggestions would be much appreciated.

It might be hard if you don't have good CSS skills. Also, if you're working with phpBB, you might want to have some knowledge of PHP.
