Default PayPal fees question.

I know the receiver has to pay the fees and the sender doesn't. Correct me if I'm wrong.

My question is, what if I send money from my business or premiere account to a personal account, does the personal account get charged? Does anyone?

It's really late so sorry if the wording is off. hah

No it does not. One limitation of a personal account is that it has a limit in accepting payments from a debit card. To resolve that, you have to upgrade your account to at least a premiere account.

No, you won't get charged if you're the person that holding the personal account at Paypal...

However, what's the point of using the Personal account, where your account has a limit accepting money from other potential buyers. In addition, your personal account will be automatically upgrade to premiere account, once your account exceeding the limit, $500 if I'm not wrong...

That's why Paypal is a clever player, and they do know how to play this games well...

The point of using the personal account before was that it was my main account, before I decided to upgrade it.

Although the upgrading does offers lots of new features, but it also mean more fees will be deducted if you're receiving money from the customers...

There is always pros and cons here...
