Which Shopping cart is best to use?
It should be user friendly and also very easy to modify the designs...

I would recommend you to use either the X-cart or the osCommerce.

Especially the osCommerce, which with over 8 experience years in the shopping cart solutions and has managed to attract over 180,000 store owners to use its service...
