Default Useability question about user purchase pages

I was wondering what everybody thought about the purchase page when a user is ready to purchase. Is it more beneficial to have it be a quick process, such as one click purchasing type of setup or to have it setup like most of the carts do where the purchaser must be logged in?

It is of course better if the purchaser is logged in. It for the security of both the online shop and the purchaser.

According to the online purchasers survery, 85% of the buyers feeling more secure if they using the logged in method, than the instant one click purchasing method...

Is it wise to use the logged in method than the one click purchasing, if you want to have more potential buyers to your site.
