Anyone heard of Verified by Visa?

It lets you have an additional password for usage of your Credit card online.

Verified By Visa is a user authentication service, simply put, it requires the user to have an account, create a pin, provide their personal info and takes them away from the shopping cart experience. The results were bad recently that the President of that division was fired. They had spent over $100MM in putting the program together and results were all but short of a major failure.

Actually VbV just puts an additional password to your already existing credit card that can be used for online transactions.
