Paypal is more widely accepted and would be better option. Not everyone like do reveal the credit card details to new start up companies. Once you ahve become big and have gained immense reputation having a payment gate through credit cards will also work in your favor.

Depends on the nature of your business. Using Paypal as your payment processor can look unprofessional if you are operating in a very professional industry. On the other hand, some people do not have a credit card and Paypal is the only form of payment that they can use.

Obviously ill stick with paypal and this is among the safest and fastest merchant with many payment option.. it can be integrated with ebay, credit card and its easier even for the newcomers.. yeah there is few phishing alerts about scam from them but surely there is a reasons why it was happen.. bdw, thats better on focusing the targeted customers rather than confusing in what payment processor should be use.. its already there..

For me, I wil choose to pay with paypal as it is more secure and hassle free than other payment processor.

If the online shopping site didn't provide the paypal payment option, I will probably just leave the site for good...

You need to be careful with PayPal. I've been burned a couple of times on there.
Someone could buy something from you, you could spend some of your money, they could dispute it, you could lose and PayPal could dip into your credit card.

WoW, then you must be pretty angry when someone mention the paypal issue.

Although many people have been claimed that they being scammed by paypal, but they still continue to use it, as they knew it is the most common and world recognize online payment processor...
