ForumRooms.com is interesting, maybe you should put up a forum, let it grow a bit then try to sell it.

Good advice, in my opinion too.
If you show people a sample of what they could do with the forum with a bit of development, you'll likely net a bigger offer.

Thanks, but the current problem is we are full time with 1 forum, amSportsTalk and with are current agreement with MLB, NFL,NBA,NHL and the amRadio stations that have agreed to let us use their logos and product we have to stay committed to this venture. Also the other two big projects that are coming are taking up alot of my teams time, non forums, VegasBartender.com (paid email site) and CasinoClubs.net and CasinoRestaurants.net
The name is very catchy and is easy to remeber and could have a HUGE impact on a site like zoints.com This name would fit them perfect, the problem is they feel that they have put so much into the name zoints that it would cost them 2x more to do all the changes in advertising.
I really like the name for this website (precharge) as they have so many different subjects/forums this would be ideal, this way users would know where they are going and what the site is about. PreCharge.com does not explain what the site is with the name. But they have a great base and sometimes it does not matter, ie... Google,Yahoo ;)
