ooh...that could be nasty...I'm sure no one would enjoy being listed there. Just like that site where you put cheating men's names and pictures.
I wonder what the liabilities are for someone. Aren't there privacy laws or slander issues that could be dealt with as a result of posting something like that publicly? Just curious..

I don't think it can be slander if it's true. Slander lawsuits apply to lies and misrepresentations.

I do know that certain information must remain confidential though, ie: there are laws on how collection agencies have to conduct themselves, etc. I was just curious on how privacy comes into effect with this type of thing.
I guess people should just pay their debts though so they never have to find out, lol.
