I have a domain name GPThome.net that I want to sell, it has been online for two months and have about 250 visits everyday. How could you set the price of the domain.

Well looking at the domain I cant see any major value for it. It hasnt got any keywords in it related to your current sites content so I would have to value the domain at no more that £10 maybe less.

If you included the site and content you may get a little bit more.

Domain selling is a tricky business and usually onlt short, keyword rich domains fetch the money.

If your domain has a revenue already then that could cost way better, maybe try to increase first the traffic and content and maybe once it is established everything will come out in handy and the price could be more than on what you expect. as of now, maybe 50$ or less

That is a pretty good vistior rate. What you may want to do is do a little research on what the domain is about that then go to one of the really large sale sites and put up a listing.
That is what I would to make the most money.

I don't see much value in that domain, if the domain is sold alone. The traffic won't do the purchaser much good, because the traffic isn't relevant to the domain, since the domain doesn't have keywords.

You could sell the domain with the website, though.

The determinantion of a good site, which it can be sold with a high price are affected by:

1.The ages of the domain;
2.The daily unique visitors;
3.The uniqueness of the contents; and
4.The popularity of the domian name itself!
