It depends on the domain, your prices and your buyers' budgets.
Buy low, sell high.
Price it above reg fee but make sure not to be too greedy.
Purchase brandable domains, not just cheap ones you think someone may buy.

If you have a knack for choosing good domains like I do then you will prosper well in this business. Like Jerlene said Buy low and sell it for as much as you would like (a reality type of price though) Often times if you try to sell it for too much it wont get sold.

Yap. Many people love to do this business.I believe some of them really know how to make a good website and sold it to others poeple. For me, its cost me if i want to do that. But if i really can make that site to higher rate and sold it. I believe i can earn big profit. So far, not many people in my country do this job. Might be i can do that soon.

RE-selling a domain name is a good business but with this i think that you should also try to get in website development business as it is much better then any other business.

It always require you to spend a lot of time and energy to get success in it. You should also be ready to face a lot of loses too, as not all domains we purchase will turn you out with profits.

It's good if you are able to snatch some good domains. I suggest you to look for domains soon to be renewed and if the owners forgets to renewe it, snatch it.
