What do you think of the domain prices nowadays? I think it is way too high, the main reason is that good domains are running out I guess. For example business.com was sold for 345 million $

I think it's a fair price. There are more and more people building sites.
We all need to make money and this is their way.

345 million that is wopping figure. Well the domain price all depends on how fancy the domain name. That the only criteria I can think of to estimate the price of domain.
