I personally use Namecheap.com - Domain name registration and transfers for $8.88 and less. When I am looking to register a .net or .com domain then I often end up using Netfirms. They offer these domains at only 4.95 USD. That is one of the lowest prices I have seen around for domain registration. For .info domains I normally use Godaddy as they have the 99 cent special at the moment.
