Do you know any tool that can check if the Page Ranking of the new domain that I am about to register is genuine or fake? I need this because I just bought an information on what PR domain to register.

I won't share how they're created because then it would just spread even more but you can check if a page rank is valid by using the official Page Ranking checker, Google PageRank Checker - Check Google page rank of any web pages
