Help me choose a Registrar

Well I am planning to buy my first domain. Can you guys suggest me which is the best domain registrar for a .com domain where I can pay with unverified paypal. I know GoDaddy, but Dodaddy probably don't accept payments from unverified paypal. I also know Namecheap. Can you guys please share your experiences with Namecheap or any other good domain registrar? Thanks.

I resell from Stargate, but offer prices a lot less than them :)
Stargate is one of the oldest registrars.

i usually get domains in Whiz.in (India) - Cheap Indian Domain Registration
the reason is they only charge for the sake f the forwarding service and the else is very cheap

If I were you, I will go to the Hostgator to look up for a new .com domain.
