Software Updates
Did I time things badly, or are frequent updates of software becoming more of a pain?
My blog is only 3 weeks old. Today I had to update no less than 4 pieces of software which had new versions out. The kicker was, there was nothing really all that critical in these updates. I could see security issues being a concern for releasing new versions, but there was none of that. As far as I could tell, everything was working fine with all these plugins before the upgrades. Sometimes I think running a "light" version of a website without plugins might be the ticket. Dunno, just seemed quick to have to go through and do all this.
