How do you keep track if the links in your links page still reciprocates your links? Do you use a tool for that?

I know there are programs and sites that will tell you who is linking to your site, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. But, I manage my links page by only linking to things that I want to link to. That way I don't have to check and see if they're linking back.
