I recommend having Wordpress thats the best, you can customize it and do a lot of things with it. I also like phpnuke, you can also have a forum with it. not sure if they update it anymore.

WordPress is whole lot better, if you compares it with the Blogger, at least it has more variety of theme choices than any other else!
