Good Info Regarding Content Building

Here's some good advice about how to write your web content. It starts off by saying that most people don't read your content. They scan it and you need to have things laid out and worded in a certain way to stop people from merely moving on. Good advice here, in my opinion: Reading on the Web (Alertbox)

That's a great resource. Directly addresses some of the changes we've been making to our site...that took us quite awhile to figure out.
