Try looking at Joomla! and search for templates. There are plenty of sites that also provide paid for templates.

I also design some templates for customers but I don't work for free ;)

Im testing out Joomla for my sites and I found this tutorial site that goes through the set up and Joomla basics it also has pictures so you know whats going on. Joomla Tutorials - Visual Tutorials

SS2 - I wish a site like that had been around when I was struggling to figure things out. Got through it the old fashioned way... go until you hit a snag, then hit the forums for help. :)
