Graphic card

I have a good nVidia graphic card right now, but I was looking to buy a better one. Could anyone tell me the latest trends in graphic cards?please help me out..

i have been using N-vida 256 MB card. N-vida is one of the best cards i have ever seen till date.

I use a 7900gt, and it does the job, I imagine you could probably get a reasonably cheap 7950gt these days though someone else will probably correct me.
