Default narrator function in windows vista

heard about such a function being in vista where it is supposed to read out what you write and the names of shortcuts etc, but is it enabled from start and does it read everything written out loud? also can it read words correctly is it like the "bots" around which can have problems pronouncing words.

by accurate do you mean that it says what it should correctly ? sounds like a fun function, but i have heard of something like that for xp, i just didnt try it because i thought it would be too bad.

fancy function , but i dont think many would be using it for long as it can really get annoying.

you might be saying that for now, but i still think it would get annoying to keep hearing the pc say something whenever you mark some thing, and especially if it slows the pc down a bit to load the voices.

The "person" sounds a lot more real in Vista than in XP. Its a girl now she does still sound computerish but its a lot more understandable. They probably will make some mistakes because its a computer but its very easy to understand.
