I've heard a lot of people saying Vista is going to restrict you to severly and I've tried to tell them Microsoft wouldn't do that. Here's an artical explaining everything about the Vista EULA. Turns out Vista isn't really different from XP's own EULA.

Glad you posted this, m3talcore...microsoft has such a reputation for licensing nightmares that people get worried whenever they release something new because it's not unlike them to change an entire licensing scheme with a release of a new product *just* as people were starting to 'get' the old licensing t's & c's.
