Dana, I had great parents. I'm guessing you did as well. The problem is that *most* of todays parents would rather have their kids working on a computer than reading books. It's sad, but I think it holds some truth.

I heard my friend, which had bought the $100 laptop a year ago said that this is truly a waste of money and you'd better keep it for other purposes...

Guessed he didn't love the $100 laptop very much.
