Hereby some tips I can think of based on my experience on how you can have your PC enhanced its performance and some clean up tips
1. Dont install 2 antivirus at the same time, this may lead to resource conflict and can make your PC hang or corrupted. A virus definition update on a certain antivirus is enough. Some can work simultaneously without a problem but nevertheless, install at your own risk. 2. Delete all temporary internet files, temp files, tmp file. Go to find, and search *.tmp, *.temp and delete it permanently 3. Run Disk Defragmenter sometimes at least per month. This will save space and file location faster. 4. Limit the number of programs initiliazing at start-up, like winzip quickpick. 5. Uninstall those program that is rarely being used. they just used up space. |

Here you go, a bit upgraded version of your post ;)
1. Dont install 2 antivirus at the same time, this may lead to resource conflict and can make your PC hang or corrupted. A virus definition update on a certain antivirus is enough. Some can work simultaneously without a problem but nevertheless, install at your own risk. *Its always better to install less resource eaters like AVG & WinPatrol e.t.c 2. Delete all temporary internet files, temp files, tmp file. Go to find, and search *.tmp, *.temp and delete it permanently *You can use CleanUp for that 3. Run Disk Defragmenter sometimes at least per month. This will save space and file location faster. *It'll allow your data to be read more quickly 4. Limit the number of programs initiliazing at start-up, like winzip quickpick.*Run> MSCONFIG , hit the Start Up tab and uncheck any useless applications 5. Uninstall those program that is rarely being used. they just used up space.*Yup and its better to just avoid installing any useless programs or uninstalling them as soon as they've surved their purpose.. A huge applications list creates good enough mess |
