Find a skin: 15 (15 becouse it can be hard to find them)

Forum Guidelines: depends on how many, 1 for each(like request guidelines,review guidelines, etc..)
Rules/Terms of serves: 3
Emoticons: 20 becouse i will make then myself(not animated) or i will find some for 10.
create the board: 1 do to me having to use my email
Other Stuff: depends on what it is

i can not host them myself becouse i have alot of stuff and i do not have alot of MB left, i am planning on purchasing more but i am saving up to buy a domain. if you have a website you pm me the cpanel url with the username and password and i will do it from there.
