Insert and update the same time

Hi there,

I want to insert the element selected by the user from the drop down box in the DB(Access).Once the user hits submit i want it to insert this in the DB + i want to update one of the fields from True to False ..
How can i perform both these at the same time?

In the submet click event, you can read the drop down text box and the index number, and save/insert the result to the DB
