I have a table with fields RNO, CNO, C1, C2, P1

I want to add 30 records i.e. RNO 1 to 30 with CNO
being the same for all.
How can I add 30 records in a single form?
I am using asp


One more doubt is how to check whether the entering
data of a particular (primary key) is already present
or not.Please give me the code.

You could use GridView, DataView, or DetailView, you may have to write a simple routine to check if CNO are the same, or an SQL query.

To check for primary Key, just check the list of primary Keys in the table, if it exists ignore it, if not then ADD it.
