Its hard to accurately appraise a site without knowing a few things, namely how much your making now, how many unique users you get per month, and where they are referred from. Its also useful to know how long this has been at a constant rate. Generally websites are sold for 10 months profit if the income has been proven. You do have 288 pages according to google which means you have some great content there. Anyhow answer my questions above and i'll send over an at least semi-accurate appraisal.

Nice content but not really relevant to the domain so that could potentially hurt the value.

The estimated value of Welcome to the Free Auction Blogs and Forums Site is: $824

That's just the domain. The entire site I think would go for low xxxx.
