Well, this category is if you want real world appraisals :) Don't know how accurate leapfish is but I do know that if you submit to precharge.net, you will get expert advice from real people, hehehehehe ;)

Ultimately any valuation is not valid as anything in life as well as online is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. For example, I once bought a site for $XX to later find it was worth $XX,XXX, whereas once spent $XXX,XXX on a project to later get $X,XXX. Somethings you just have to cut your loses.

leapfish is totally useless. It doesn't take the word into consideration. Just the lenght of domain, age or backlink can't return accurate value

The only trully accurate appraisal tool is directly handling the site by hand.

You need to pay a professional to take a look at it. It may be pricey but at least it's more accurate than sites such as LeapFish.
That's all just novelty.
