I have submitted my site to Dmoz about a year ago and till now I haven't heard back from that. I have no idea whether they have rejected my site or are still working on it because they haven't sent me any rejection mail too.

How much time do they take on an average to list websites? Is mine taking too long??

The same problem here. I've been submitting for couples of months but still no response from them. Maybe we can ask help for Dmoz admin or Anyone here can help us.

DMOZ is human edited and gets thousands of submissions all of the time. You won't get it approved/denied anytime soon.
They're lacking editors.
