Altavista could be an option!!

Do you use Altavista.com for bringing traffic to your site??? I have submitted my site to their directory and I am getting traffic better then MSN. What are your opinion about it??

Alta Vista was the number one SE. I used it all the time. It was amazing till Google came into the picture...
I no longer use them.

Altavista is an excellent SE and ranks well in the states. But for the sources MSN is considered to be way above SE's like altavista and nester which might give you initial traffic,but in the long run it is advisable to register to Google,Yahoo and MSN.

They are great but I rely fully on Google for a SE.
