Is anyone here using Chacha as his SE ? I tried it several times but i am really disappointed. The results are weak and i sometimes wonder how they come about. Or was i just searching for the wrong words ?

I'e seen Chacha guides use Google search results on some occasions! This I think had even made it to Digg's shores. It needs improvement, the guides are at times not friendly at all.

I tried it once just because I was curious and I was amazed. It's really cool... You get live help from guides.

I`ve never used it before and in fact i havent heard it before this thread.
