I've personally had to contact Technorati twice now with teo different issues. The first was about non-English blog posts flooding the results, the second was about the auto ping not working. Both times I was met with quick response time and superb help and assistance.

This guy seems to agree that Technorati is going above and beyond most SE's by being available to the online community.

Technorati, is somehow going great on in the net, they have already made and still making names in the industry.

That is good to hear that they are helpfull becasue to me that is the most imporatant thing in a company. You can have a great product but if you dont have the support to back it up it is not the thing for me.

Yeah these guys are kind of reinventing the wheel here. It's a search engine that instantly updates with your site and has good customer service. It does need some imrovements, but I would be willing to bet another start up search engine *could* come in with these needed adjustments. If they use the same idea and and custom build it they could really turn some heads.

Technorati holds its ground with the blogosphere, but I don't think they could handle the load of the entire web.

having a great support is really good thing with Technorati, this should boost them more forward, They are making a really good job, I think they will be with the big whales soon

Despite all of the critism Technorati receives, they still get a GRIP of traffic. In the end, he who gets the big traffic wins. I agree, they will be pretty big "whales" soon.

Who are the big whales? Are we talking about Google/Yahoo/MSN? Because, Technorati can definately beat them in my opinion, because Technorati is focused on blogs.
