Tracking 55.1 Million Blogs

Technorati now claims to be tracking 55.1 million blogs. I find that numb to be staggering and I think we'll see it surge quite a bit moving forward.

Thoughts?

Well, honestly I don't think that could be a perfect number. I am sure there are many more blogs out there which are not being tracked. But then again there are many splogs which are being tracked. So I guess it compensates.

But, at the rate the blogosphere is growing, I am sure the number will just keep increasing exponentially
