New to the forum and love all the great info I have been reading. I'm in the process of writing my Business Plan and I'm thinking about forming an LLC or a S-Corp. What business form do you all use, sole proprietor, partnership, LLC, INC, etc? Or are these even necessarily when you start out.
Thanks and I look forward to become involved here thanks jason |

A corporation allows you to attract investors much easier. An LLC has great tax benefits. My partners and I had a $1MM NOL just becuase it was an LLC. Whereas we have a Corp on the back burner for investment purposes.
Complicated yeah ;) Anyway, stick with a DE corp. |
