Default Advice about a job

Hi

I have been offered a job in affiliate marketing for £30k per year, I would have to move home but not to far and I would have to move out from my parents.

The problem is I have been self employed for a year and am doing OK and have just managed to pick up two affiliate jobs where by I get a commission from each sale that goes through the affiliate programme, obviously for managing the programme.

The commissions are 5% and the products that I would be selling are already selling OK over the net via PPC, so I know they are sellable products from reliable companies.

What would you do? In one hand I think I could build the affiliate business to make me a lot more than £30k per year, but then again I maybe wrong.

Any advice is greatfully recieved.

Evely

If you are doing well with the affiliate programme without a need for a reliable and more secured income, then you may choose to reject the offer. Also, if you think you can accept the offer, and still do the affiliate programme p/t then much better. I myself have a regular job and also a part a time job on the internet. It is just time management and discipline.

I think it's important for you to consider what's best for you, personally. Some people much prefer the freedom of self-employment, and others find themselves more motivated in a different environment. If you like being self-employed, don't give it up.

If you have a good work ethic, I recommend you stick to your own business. The rigidness and "security" of employment is good for people who can't keep themselves in line.
